Community Housing Partners Corporation (CHP) is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will enjoy: Competitive pay: Starting at $18 per hour, based on experience, plus OT and the potential to earn a 2.5% incentive bonus. Day Schedule with some nights or weekends: Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an on-call schedule. Total accrued time off package of 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) in the first full year. Great benefits that start after 30 days or less: Medical, Dental, and Vision start on the 1st of the month after your hire date, 403 B retirement plan up to 5%. The company contributes 3% regardless of an employees contribution. Additionally, the company matches 2% of the amount an employee contributes. Paid maternity and paternity leave after 90 days.
