Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Agile Lead to drive the adoption of agile practices within the HR function and help evolve how HR teams plan, deliver, and adapt their work. This role will serve as a strategic coach and facilitator, supporting HR leaders and cross-functional partners in embedding agile principles that enhance responsiveness, collaboration, and impact. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of agile methodologies and a passion for driving cultural and operational change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of agile practices across HR teams, including facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
• Partner with HR leaders to identify improvement opportunities and support the iterative development of programs and processes.
• Act as an agile coach to HR professionals, equipping teams with tools, training, and frameworks to increase agile fluency.
• Manage and prioritize HR backlogs based on business objectives, capacity, and evolving priorities.
• Track and communicate progress on initiatives using agile metrics and tools (e.g., Kanban boards, Jira dashboards).
• Promote a mindset of continuous improvement, innovation, and experimentation across the HR organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure coordinated agile delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Agile or Scrum certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR, OD, or project management experience with a focus on agile methodologies.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to lead change and influence across levels and functions.
• Demonstrated experience working in matrixed environments and driving cross-functional collaboration.
