Crescent Hotels and Resorts seeks an Impact Team Director of Food & Beverage to join our global organization. This role involves working across multiple properties, requiring extensive travel, reporting to both on-site leadership and corporate F&B leaders, and collaborating with our culinary and beverage teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage division, ensuring standards and quality.
  • Oversee operations of banquet, lounge, room service, and restaurant facilities.
  • Lead and develop service and management philosophies to guide staff.
  • Build memorable dining experiences by leading front-of-house teams at various venues.
  • Monitor labor costs, financial performance, staff development, and daily operations.
  • Foster guest relationships and create a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain active presence in restaurant and event spaces, leading meetings and walk-throughs.
  • Lead, train, and mentor restaurant supervisors, identifying talent and growth opportunities.
  • Participate in hiring, training, scheduling, performance appraisals, and employee recognition.
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership to meet budget goals, focusing on labor and cost control.
  • Work with the culinary team on menu development and pricing.
  • Build relationships with clients and guests to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 3 years as a Restaurant GM or Director of F&B in a luxury hotel environment; Food Handler Certification if applicable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in restaurant, banquet, and catering operations, including budgeting, staffing, marketing, and P&L management.
  • Proficiency with restaurant POS systems and related technology.
  • Strong passion for delivering personalized guest experiences.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; willingness to travel extensively.

Compensation varies by location and experience, with ranges typically between $90,000 and $115,000. Final salary depends on multiple factors including experience, education, and work location.
