We have an immediate opening for an experienced Plumbing Manager. We are a growing, well established residential service business seeking a strong leader who can motivate, train, and oversee the plumbing department.

Pay Scale: $80,000 to $130,000 annually depending on experience, base + bonus potential

Description: The position will be responsible for all aspects of the plumbing department and will report directly to the General Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule, delegate, and direct service activities of technicians with dispatch.
• Monitor the performance of the field technicians and advise on quality workmanship and customer service skills.
• Provide regular training and coaching.
• Recruit additional technicians and participate in interviews/hiring decisions.
• Develop working relationships with customers, field technicians, and executive management.
• Grow the department.
• Provide service technicians with phone support and assist with identifying solutions.
• Manage all parts and labor warranties.
• Assist with the implementation of strategic plans for the department.
• Additional duties assigned to support the growth of the plumbing department.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience (supervisory/management), a focus in residential trades is a plus.
• Goal driven and detail oriented.
• Proven record of ability to grow and develop a department.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic.
• Excellent time management abilities with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record.
