Responsibilities: • Supervise general contractors and laborers and provide direction when needed to ensure the job is high quality • Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code • Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects • Ensure teams work to follow all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any safety regulation issues • Put organizational systems into place to ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained, and schedule maintenance if needed Qualifications: • Four-year college degree in engineering, construction management, or other similar fields • Familiarity with construction project management software is highly valued • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus • Minimum 1 year of work experience in construction management • Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
