We are looking for an experienced Project Civil Engineer in the Virginia Beach/Newport News area for Large Scale Projects.

Project Civil Engineer Requirements

• 3+ years of experience on large-scale Civil Engineering or Construction Management projects
• BA in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Proficiency with US and Virginia building codes and standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Virginia PE preferred
  
  

Project Civil Engineer Responsibilities

• Working with internal and external teams to determine scope of work, bidding process, awarding bids and managing multiple projects from concept to finish
• Handle budgets and costs including change orders, project funding, mitigation, potential problems and proposed resolutions
• Execute assigned works and coordinate project with all involved parties to ensure the highest quality of work on-time and within budget
