Experience in transferring accounts to new customers.
Computer experience; MS Office, Excel spreadsheet, Outlook, etc.
Create and complete service orders.
Process scheduled cycles for billing.
Employee will be trained to review an account's previous usage in order to determine whether or not to place a bill on hold and have a reading verified.
Once verification is made, employee will adjust and/or release the bill on hold.
The billing process is time-sensitive and employee will be taught the schedule of bi-monthly billing.
Usage analysis will be taught and employee will learn to exercise judgment concerning the release of bills.
Employee needs to have a basic understanding of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Employee needs to be comfortable with using a spreadsheet in order to assist with determining averages of previous usage as well as to verify the accuracy of program calculations.
