Essential Responsibilities:
- Monitor the parking lot to ensure that it is only used by bank members
- Assist bank members with parking
- Give building and traffic directions
- Observe parking areas and report any suspicious activity to the proper authorities
- Act as an Ambassador for TowneBank and present a friendly attitude towards members
- Keep the parking lot free of trash and debris
- Handle other duties assigned
- Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to interact courteously and professionally with bank visitors
- Good communication skills
- Punctuality and flexibility are a must
- Ability to stand or be on your feet for long periods of time
